| 2 | The following rules will be applied when creating a change order: | ||
| 3 | * Quantities CANNOT be reduced to below the quantity received or settled. | ||
| 4 | * Prices CAN be changed either prior to or after receipting. | ||
| 5 | * Prices CAN be changed after matching and during approval. | ||
| 6 | * Prices CANNOT be changed for quantity based settlement orders, for any line that is partially or fully settled. | ||
| 7 | * Prices CAN be changed for amount based settlement orders, for any line that is partially settled only. The price CANNOT be changed when the status is fully settled. | ||
| 8 | * Blanket RELEASES can be changed, ORIGINAL blankets cannot. | ||
| 9 | * Financial Tracking changes can only be made within the permissions of the ORIGINAL requisitioner. |
