9.2 Change Order Prerequisites

The following rules will be applied when creating a change order:

• Quantities CANNOT be reduced to below the quantity received or settled.
• Prices CAN be changed either prior to or after receipting.
• Prices CAN be changed after matching and during approval.
• Prices CANNOT be changed for quantity based settlement orders, for any line that is partially or fully settled.
• Prices CAN be changed for amount based settlement orders, for any line that is partially settled only. The price CANNOT be changed when the status is fully settled.
• Blanket RELEASES can be changed, ORIGINAL blankets cannot.
• Financial Tracking changes can only be made within the permissions of the ORIGINAL requisitioner.
