9.4 Settlement Status

A ‘Settled?’ column on the purchase order change screen will display the settlement status of each line. This status will determine the edit ability of the unit price:

• No: the line has not been settled at all and the price can be changed.
• Partially: a portion of the line quantity has been settled. The price cannot be changed for quantity based settled orders but may still be changed for amount based settled orders.
• Fully: the full quantity of the line has been settled and the price cannot be changed.

If you wish to change the price for a partially settled line item this can be done in the following way:

1. Decrease the quantity of the partially received line to the settled quantity.
2. Add a new line to the order for the remaining quantity with the new price.
