PECOS will accept PO Acknowledgements from suppliers which are transmitted via the Elcom PSI interface.

An acknowledgement button will display in the PO Status Summary screen for any order for which an order acknowledgement has been received.

Clicking the acknowledgement button will open the PO Acknowledgement screen:

The PO Acknowledgement screen will display acknowledgment information received from the supplier and enables the user to accept the acknowledgement. Comments are required which will update the audit trail.
