3 | If, after review, you are not happy with the document and wish to reject it back to the requisitioner without making any changes, click the ‘**Return To Requisitioner**’ button. A notification email message will be sent to the requisitioner informing them of your action. | ||

5 | The document will not continue through the approval process until the requisitioner has made the appropriate changes and re-submitted it. | ||

7 | By returning a document it will be sent back to the **START **of the approval plan and when re-submitted will follow the same course of approval, possibly (depending upon new or edited criteria) re-visiting earlier steps. | ||

9 | When a document is returned, you must indicate why you are returning it in the ‘**Comments/Feedback**’ box. If no text is entered a warning message is displayed. Click ‘OK’, enter your comments and click the ‘Return To Requisitioner’ button once more. | ||

12 | If, after the requisitioner updates it, the document still falls within the criteria required for your approval, it will be sent to you a second time for approval. This process will continue until you finally and fully approve the document or the requisitioner cancels the request. |
