| 1 | In the **Notification** section, you can format the messages that PECOS P2P will send out when different actions occur. These messages are sent automatically when certain workflow or approval tasks are performed, when the Price Quote process is used or when user passwords are managed by an administrator. | ||

| 3 | Configuration of notification messages is **mandatory** at your top level organisation. If any child organisation has no default set, PECOS P2P will use the format assigned to its parent organisation. Note that PECOS P2P will look up the organisation tree to find settings: data will not be copied and inserted down to subordinate levels were they are left empty. | ||
