3 An Approval Plan, in its simplest terms, is a list of actions or tasks through which a user’s requisition or order will pass. Each task in a plan has an activity (what must the document do), an owner (who undertakes the activity), and criteria (what rule(s) must be matched for the activity to be undertaken).
